Why am I not able to find old Guardian news lessons on the site?
As the news articles we use are copyright property of The Guardian, we are licensed to publish news lessons for no longer than a year from the original date of publication on the site. While this allows us to keep the content fresh, and update it on a weekly basis, it does mean that we are unable to access and provide news lessons older than a year.
How do I download files?
All related files can be found under ‘Downloads’ at the bottom of the page. The files can be downloaded individually or collectively as a Zip file if you click ‘Download all’ to download the related files. To access the documents in a Zip file, double click on the Zip file. You can then right click to open the file and save them to your device.
How do I play audio files?
You can listen to the audio files in your browser by clicking on the links.
If you find it easier to play the audio files outside of your browser, please download them to your computer. The audio should then play automatically in whichever media player you use, e.g. Windows Media Player, iTunes etc.
How do I download video files?
You can’t stream video files from the site. To watch a video, download the file to your computer. Click on the video file you want to watch and it will download to your computer. Open the file and it will play.
