Part 4 of this horror story continues with Hardcastle desperate to tell someone he trusts about his encounter with the monster. In this lesson, the students will: retell the story so far and predict what will happen next; listen to the fourth part of the story and answer comprehension questions; listen in detail to a short extract and explore the relationship between punctuation and intonation; role-play the conversation between Hardcastle and the policeman and write a short news story.
