A game that helps students describe clothes.

  • Age: Primary (6–11)
  • Language aim: To describe clothes
  • Time: 25 minutes’ preparation (for the students), 20 minutes for the game
  • Student grouping: Pairs / Whole class
  • Materials: One copy of Worksheets 1 and 2 per student
  • Language focus: He’s wearing / She’s wearing … a jumper, trousers, a hat, shoes, skirt.; colours
  • Aim of the game: To dress a model in the appropriate clothes following instructions given by the teacher
